Conundrum Escapes – Games for Good

by Conundrum Escapes
Ages 14–17

Conundrum Escapes offers playful, creative, and engaging camps for kids who love games. Its Storytellers & Leaders: Games for Good program, hosted at North Carolina State University, offers a unique leadership program designed for Black high school students who are passionate about storytelling and eager to make a difference in their communities. Over the course of the 5-day program, participants learn the fundamentals of game design and work together to create games and challenges that they showcase to families and friends at the end of the week. Along the way, they’ll explore the contributions of Black game designers and participate in discussions of how games can help communities of color. The thoughtfully crafted program offers a fun and challenging opportunity to learn how storytelling through games can bring positive change.
