Carrboro Rec - Anderson Park

by Carrboro Recreation, Parks, & Cultural Resources

Carrboro’s Recreation, Parks & Cultural Resources department offers camps for kids of all ages during summer and school breaks. With an engaging variety of themes, campers enjoy learning new skills, getting to know their neighbors, and exploring local parks and recreational facilities. Sports camps give kids a chance to hone their skills in baseball, tennis, ultimate frisbee, and more. Indoor-oriented camps include options such as creative drama, engineering design, scientific discovery, and art extravaganza. Or, choose from special themes like Dungeons & Dragons, mountain biking, fishing, and outdoor challenges. Camps are held at Carrboro’s town parks and facilities. With its well-maintained lake and outdoor spaces, Hank Anderson Park is the home base for fishing camps, outdoor adventure camps, and more.
